The Wise Men did not come to see the baby Jesus while He was lying in the manger. They came to the house where He was living with His earthly parents. See Matt 2:11

The Bible doesn’t say there were three Wise Men see also Matthew Chapter 2:11. It only mentions the Wise Men brought three gifts!
